BEFORE requesting a refund, please make sure you have given the product enough time to work for you. We recommend all our customers use the product for at least 3 months to assess its effect on the body before reaching a conclusion.

Make sure you are still within the 60-day period that begins on the day your order is delivered. To remember the delivery date, please check the tracking number on the shipping carrier's website.
Send an email to our support team at [email protected] and let them know that you are not fully convinced of the product's benefits. Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line of your email so that your request is processed with priority.
Send all bottles back to us (whether empty or not) to the address below. It does not matter whether the bottles are opened or not. Please include a note with your full name, email address, and order number (optional) so that your order can be quickly found and processed with priority.
As long as you have returned ALL bottles and the packing slip, you can be sure that the refund will be processed within a few days of receiving your package.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
